Malin+Goetz Limited (“Malin+Goetz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) together with Yotpo (defined below), has launched a loyalty programme, called (+)points (the “Program” or “(+)points”). Your participation in (+)points is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Website Terms and Conditions of Use and also our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, to understand how we collect and process your personal data.
By participating in (+)points, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (each as amended from time to time). If you do not agree to these Terms, please contact us immediately by email, at help@malinandgoetz.co.uk, and we will remove you from the (+)points program.
Malin+Goetz’ (+)points program is operated by Yotpo Inc., with its registered office at 400 Lafayette Street, Floor 4, New York, 100001 USA (“Yotpo”).
Malin+Goetz reserves the right to change the Terms including the eligibility or rewards under the Program; terminate or withdraw (+)points; or close further participation in the Program, at any time in its discretion. Unless we notify you otherwise, any amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Program after the amended Terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes, therefore you should review these Terms regularly to understand the terms and conditions that apply to (+)points. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must contact us immediately by email at help@malinandgoetz.co.uk.
what is (+)points
(+)points is Malin+Goetz’ loyalty programme, allowing customers access to exclusive products, content and experiences via the sign-up page here.
eligibility + joining (+)points
Malin+Goetz customers aged 18 and over are eligible to join (+)points. The Program is intended for personal use only and commercial use by commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible to participate in the Program. Please note that at this time, (+)points is only available for customers based in the US or the UK, and there are different terms for each territory.
If you would like to opt-out of the Program, click here and select ‘plus points opt out’. Please allow 2 – 3 working days for your request to be processed.
rewards + tier status
During your period of membership, you will be able to access Malin+Goetz’ exclusive (+)points offers and promotions. Points may only be earned on qualifying purchases made after joining the Program.
Tier status in the Program is determined by the purchases made by a customer made on a rolling 12-month basis. Once a member enters the insider or VIP tier, they have 12 months to maintain that tier status. Members can confirm their tier status by logging into their online account on Malin+Goetz’ website and looking at the tier section of the (+)points account page.
You will need to log into www.malinandgoetz.co.uk/pluspoints to access the Program. Once logged in, your available rewards, and details of how to redeem along with specific terms and conditions related to it will be accessible within Your Account Dashboard. You can redeem your points via the dropdown at checkout online, or by accessing a QR code using your mobile device in-store.
Rewards may include but are not limited to % off promotions, gift with purchase, early access to products or content, event invitations, prize draws and exclusive member only products or services.
Rewards from the (+)points Programme are non-transferrable, have no cash value and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer. A maximum of 1,000 points may be redeemed by a member per order.
Rewards will expire after twenty-four months of inactivity. Each time a member purchases product(s) via www.malinandgoetz.co.uk or in one of Malin+Goetz’s stores in the UK, the member’s twenty-four-month expiration date will restart.
birthday reward.
As a member of Malin+Goetz’ (+)points Program, customers will be entitled to receive a birthday reward every year during the membership period. This birthday reward will automatically be added to the member’s online account and the points awarded will be dependent on the member’s tier status as follows:
- (+)points members will be awarded £5;
- (+)points insiders will be awarded £10; and
- (+)points insiders will be awarded £15
The reward amounts for the respective tiers may be amended by Malin+Goetz at its sole discretion.
A birthday gift will only be available to (+)points members when a date of birth has been updated in the customer account at least five (5) weeks prior to the (+)points member’s birthday.
standard shipping (VIP customers only)
Members on VIP status in the (+)points Program have access to standard shipping for all eligible products, which may be amended by Malin+Goetz from time to time.
transferring stamps from Malin+Goetz’ in-store loyalty programme (from 11 october 2022)
Malin+Goetz’ in-store loyalty stamp programme will not be operational from 11 October 2022. Any stamps that have been collected prior to this date can be transferred onto the (+)points program. One stamp equates to 20 points in the Program. To exchange stamps for points in the Program, a customer must present their stamp card to a store associate in any UK Malin+Goetz store and sign up to (+)points via the following link. Please allow for at least one business day for any stamps to be transferred onto the Program.
If you have a completed stamp card with 10 stamps that have been collected prior to 11 October 2022, you are eligible to receive a £5 discount code for use in-store after signing up to the Program and presenting your completed stamp card to a store associate in any UK Malin+Goetz store.
